law to the effect that each legislature
should hold until Its successors were
elected. Under this new law which
has become necessary to call the Leg
islature in speical session on account
of the cotton situation or for any oth
er reason, the old legislature would
be called rather than the new one,
even though the call were issued after
the formal state election had been
held. -
