““A BREEZY TIME,”
A Laughable Farce Comedy at the Opera
House Tomorrow Night.
Manager R. J. Sale has secured for
probably his last attraction this sea
son the celebrated comedy event, ‘A
Breezy Time,” and of this selection
the amusement loving people of Daw
son will have no cause to complain.
Wherever this company has appeared
this season the press and public have
been unanimous in pronounzing its
performance one of the very best eyer
seen. ‘*A Breezy Time” is in three
acts, the plot of which is so light that
it is hardly worth mentioning, al
though each act is is happily impreg
nated with everything that is new and
up-to-date, Including music, songs,
dances and clever specialties, all of
which are introduced in perfectly le
gitimgte manner,
The caste of the company consists of
the pick of some of the foremost ar
tists now appearing on the farce com
edy stage, and who have the ability
to depict in a fine and artistic manner
the finely drawn characters in this
the funniest of all comedies. Resery.

Deafness Cannot Be Cured
by local applications, as they cannot
reach the diseased portion of the ear,
There is only one way to cure deafness,
and that is by constitutional remedies,
Deafness is caused by an inflamed condi;
tion of the mucous lining of the Eustas
chian Tube. When this tube gets inflam.
ed you have a rumbling sound or imper
fect Learing, and when it is entirely
closed deafness is the result, and unless
the inflammation can be taken out and
this tube restored to its normal condis~
tion hearing will be destrcyed forevér;
nine cases out of ten are caused by ca~
tarrh, which is nothing but an inflamed
condition of the mucous surfaces.
We will give One Huundred Dollars for
any case of Deafness (caused by catarrh)
that cannot be cured by Hall’s Catarrh
Cure. Send for circulars, free. :

Benefit of the Rains,
While the continued rains have put
the farmers behind with their work they
will no doubt make this a good crop
year. The reason for this is that there
is in the water that falls a certain effect
on the chemical deposits in the earth
which dissolves and prepares them for
use in vegetation., Where the ground is
well terraced to hold the water it will
be of great benefit to the crops this year.

Predicted That as Much Guano Will Be
Bought as Heretofore.
A great deal of guano has been hauled
from the city the past few days, and
an observant and practical gentleman
who has dealt largely with the farmers
the past several years expresses the
opinion that there will be very little
difference this year in the quantity of
commercial fertilizers used and the acre
age planted in cotton as compared with
former years. His theory is that owing
to the backwardness of farm work and
confequent late planting the farmers
will uge guano liberally in order to stim
ulate the cotton growth and bring on
the crop at the usual time for gathering,

cians had given me up. Fortunately, a
friend advised trying Ei~clric Bitters,
and to my great joy and surprise the
first bottle made a decided improvye
ment. I continued their use for three
weeks, and am now a wellman. [ know
they saved my life and robbed the grave
