± Walker, proprietors of the Brunswick Dining
Parlor ami Oyster Saloon, on Newcastle street,
Brunswick, Cn., said firm being composed of A.
G. Shannon him! II. S. Walker, is this day dis
solved by mutual consent. A.C. Shannon re
tiring from said Arm, and transferring all debts
and accounts due said lirm. with full toower to
collect the same, to the said II. S. Walker and
the said H. S. Walker assuming all the debts
and liabilities to date of said firm in accordance
with their contract of dissolution of this date.

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned
will apply to the next legislature of Georgia
which will assemble on the first Wednesday of
November, 1888, for the passage of a local orspe
eial bill, the title of which is as follows:
•‘An act to incorporate the Turtle River Rail
road Company in the county of Glynn, and to au
thorize said Railroad Compuny to construct and
mnintnln n line, or lines of road entering into
nnd having a terminal point in the city of Bruns
wick in said county, at any point in said
soutii of J street and west of Ellis street, ai
terminal at life “New Docks” on the cast bank
of Turtle river in said county, nnd a terminal or
terminals at any point or points on Turtle river,
or8t. Simons Sound, or anv river or sound or
creek castwardly of said Ellis street in said
county, nnd n terminator,terminals nt nnyotlw
er |K>)pt cp’points within, (lie county of Glynn, on
or at nitv point within two mile* of the east bank
of said Turtle river; to authorize said railroad tb
cross other railways, and to cross canals, creeks

right of way of other railroads entering said

thorize said Railroad Company to issue bonds,
and for other purposes.”
And that it is the intention of the undersigned
to make said application to said General Assem
bly after this notice has been publtseed and post
ed as required by law.
