Automobiles must be un der perfect control when turning from a street to cross street and gong or horn :rounded before turning to any cross street; after sunset they inustj be equipped with two burning lights in front which will reflect a white light, and a red light in the rear. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to run, drive or propel any automobile, motorcycle or bicycle on ihe sidewalk of the City. Bicycles .Rid motorcycles must have a lamp burning on same when used in said City after sunset. Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall, upon conviction before the Mayor or Board of Aldermen of said City, be fined not less than $5.00, or more than SSO, or worked on the streets of said City not less than five days or more than twenty days.
