Said charter, with all of the powers, i rights, privileges and franchises above specified, were granted to original pe tit oners by the order of said Superior Court granted on November 7th, 1991, and said petition and order appear of record on Page 163 of Charter Record No. 1, kept in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of said County. 3 The minimum amount of capital stock, to-wit. 14,000.00, was subscribed and paid, and the stockholders promptly and duly organized said corporat on and the latter thereupon began opera tions under its said charter, and has since continued in the conduct of said business. 4. The present pet tioners some time prior to November 7th 1921, had by purcahse become the sole owners of all the capital stock of sad corporation, each petitioner owning one-third of said capital sto :k. 5.
