Despite itn large production ul this time the ereamcry is not yet running full rapacity, it being able to take car* of 5,000 gallons of whole milk a day. It uses 800 gallon* dally in paaking condensed milk . and has the only condensing plant in the state. The creamery is finding no trouble in disposing „f its finished product. In fact, ae- eoi8ing to a statement issued by tile management, it has been necessary • » cut nearly all order* received within the last few months in half. The butter turned blit by the plant is shipped to various cities in the South, nml lercntly one of the big butter manufacturers of the country offered to take the entire‘product and furnish cartons in . which to pack it.
