To the Stockholders of the Western of Georgia
Railway:
You aro'hereby notified that in accordance with
a resolution adopted by the Board of Directors of
said Western of Georgia Railway at a regular
meeting held in the city of Newnan on Nov. 9,
1909, and by virtue of the authority vested in me
by the by-luwsof snid railway, and in accordance
with law, a meeting of the stockholders of said
Western of Georgia Railway is hereby called, and
will he held, in the city of Newnan, Coweta coun
ty, Georgia, (being the city where the principal
office of said railway is located,) at the cou
house in said city, at 10 o’clock a. m. on the 20th
day of December, 1909, for the purpose of taking
action as to the passage and adoption of the nec
essary resolutions authorizing the issuance by
said Western of Georgia Railway, by its proper
officers, first mortgage five per cent. Gold Bonds
of the denomination of $h()0 each, and to the ag
gregate amount of Five Hundred Thousand Dol
lars, and to mature forty years after their date:
and also for taking action as to the passage
and adoption of the necessary resolution au
thorizing the execution ami delivery by s
railway, in order and for the purpose of se
curing said bonds, a proper mortgage or deed of
trust on all of its property,^franchises and assets,
now owned by it, or such as it may hereafter ac
quire; and also for the transaction of such other
business as may legally and properly come before
