Growers’ Association, at White
Oak Academy on Aug. 15th. The
' resolutions were prepared by Uev.
Ira 8. Gal dwell, at the suggestion

They express the sentiments of

Whereas, the repeated delays of
justice in the courts of our county
I tend to defeat the purpose of said
| courts; and
Whereas, delayed justice testers
• a disregard for law on the part of
the lawless and creates disrespect
and disgust on the pari ot law
