of Article three of the Constitution of
1877, ns amended, in relation to charter
of banks, to provide for the incorpora
tion of Hanking Companies by the Sec
retary of State, nttd for other purposes,
respectfully show:
1st. That they desire to form a cor
poration for the purpose of carrying oti j cun reoeive the sum of

First—That he is guardian of the per
son and property of Lizzie Dell Bellamy
mid DeWitt Tnhnnge Bellamy, his two
minor children, aged respectively seven
teen and thirteen years; lie having been
duly appointed as such guardian in snid
county.
Second—That his said wards own an
undivided one-third interest, each, in a
certain piece of property; il being four
and one-half acres of land in Turin, said
county, and situated on that road lead
ing from Turin to Shurpsburg; iintl

i sell; and on which property there is lo
cated one three-room, frame, shingle-
roofed house, the rooms of which are
tut finished. The remaining one-third
interest in snid property belongs to Mrs.

tioner, and the mother of said children.
Ho desires to sell for reinvestment, at
private sale, the aforesaid property. The
snid Mrs. Sallio .T. Bellamy desires also
to sell her interest therein. And he
shows that for all of said property he

dollars from W. 1. AuHtin, of which sum
the said wards will be entitled, each, to
one-third and the said Sullie J. Bellamy
to one-third.
Third—Petitioner desires to invest the
proceeds of such sale in certain real es
