of banks, to provide for the incorpora
tion of Banking Companies by the Sec
retary of State, and for other purposos,

1st. That they desire to form a cor
poration for the purpose of carrying on
the business of hanking.
2nd. The name and Rtyle of the pro
posed corporation shall be the MORE
LAND BANKING COMPANY.
8rd. The location and principal l'hice
