A very delightful occasion at the home
of Mrs. M. A. Wiley, recently, was the
presentation of a handsome loving cup
to Mrs. Wiley by her nieces and neph
ews. The presentation speech was made
by Mr. Hebert Timmons, of Atlanta.
The cup is handsomely engraved, hears
flic names of the donors, and is a hcuutt-
tiiI expression of love from the relatives
of this most estimable woman.

Little Girl Buried Here.
Mamie Helen, the live-year-old
daughter o' - Mrs. Ethel Allen, of
Atlanta, was buried here last Sat
urday. The funeral service was
conducted by 1M\ G. A. Nunnally.
The chilci died in Atlanta. The
father of the little one, who was a
brother of Mr. <>. F. Allen, of
Newnan. died about four years
ago.
