Smith the first of this week. Mr.
Smith is a prominent and success
ful commercial traveler.
E. W. Hammett, who was with
the Newnan Hardware Co. for
some time, has accepted a position
j with the Johnson Hardware Co.
He is a fine salesman and is quite
an acquisition for iiis present em-
ployers.
Dr. («. E. Weems, the young
physician who has been practicing
here for nearly two years, leaves
this week for his former home at
McDonough. Dr. Weems is a
most genial and pleasant gentle
man and lias won numerous friends
here who regret his departure.
There will he preaching at the
Presbyterian church next Sunday
morning and evening by Rev.
Robert B. Morrow, of West Point.
