Because of the recent creation of
new counties in Georgia some con
usion may exist in the descriptions as
to the exact location of the propertv,
but further particulars can be obtained
from said pleadings and said decree
and exhibit thereto attached and
from the deeds therein referred to
by date and book and page of

Particular attention is called to the
fact that some of the timber above
described has been cut and removed
and that some of the leases, rights-of-’
wav and other privileges have expired
and that some of the property above
described has been exchanged, re
placed or added to by other property
and equipment, and the express in
tention is hereby declared to sell the
I property as a whole as it now stands j

over as of April 1, 1916, including

be forfeited as a penalty for such fail

toward making any deficiency or loss

Should sale not be finally confirmed
without fault on the part of a success
