The last excursion to Florida this
season has been arranged by the
Southern Railway System for Sat
urdav, September 5. Cheap rates will
apply to Jacksonville , Tampa. St.
FetersbVrg, Bradentown, Sarasota,
Fort Myers, West Palm Beach and a
number of resort cities in the. interior
of Florida, as well as to the West
Coast,Brunswick, Ga., comes in for
the lowest excuosion fare of §5. while
the fare to Jacksonville will be $7.
and a blanket fair of §l4 to the
various other Florida resorts, exeeot
West Palm Beach. which takes a
roundtrip fair of §l4 ->O.

distant points will be good eight days
in which to make tbe return trip.
Proportinate rates will be in effect
from, all stations on the Southern
and G, S. F. Railways between

any other resort on the East Coast of
Florida, except Wist Palm Beach
and tickets to that resort will be rout
ed only via. Jacksonville and the Sea
board Air Line.
Excursion trains will leave Macon
at 11 A. M., 12 noon, .and 11
P. M , of Saturday, September 5. and
will run to Jacksonville where connec
tions will be made lor all points in
Florida. As this will be the last
chance to visit Florida this Summer
at a very low cost, it is expected
that a large crowd will show up for
the excursion on Saturday the sth of
