undersigned, we will sell before the
court house door in the town of Ir
winton during legal hours of sale, to
the highest bidder for cash, on the
First Tuesday in December next, the
following property: Three Hundred
acres of land, more or less, lying and
being in the 4th land district of said
county, and being bounded on the
North by the lands formerly owned
by Mrs Mattie Parker, on the East
by lands oi J. E. Simpson, on the
South by Big Sandy Creek, and on
the Westby lands formerly owned bvD
D. Layender, Boggy Branch being
the West line, and better known as
the old Colson place. Said land will
he sold for purpose of payment of
five promissory notes given by Cohen
Cooper to D. D. Lavender, said notes
being now owned by the undersigned,
said amount being for SIOSO with in
terest thereon since Nov. 14th 1918,
together with all costs of collection.
After the payment of said notes, the
balance, if auy, will be paid to the
said Cohen Cooper. The purchaser
will be given the title held by said
Cohen Cooper at the time he execut
ed said mortgage deed and notes.
