Wilkinson county. Georgia, contain
ing 800 acres of timber, and bounded
as follows: On the North by Case-
Fowler Lumber Co ; on the South by
B. H- Jackson; On the East by
Oconee River and B. H Jackson, and
on the West by lands of Gragg
Lumber Co. The land on which this
timber is located is owned by Gragg
Lumber Company, and only said
timber is advertised for sale.
Said timber levied on and will be
sold as the property of Dublin Veneer
Lumber Co. to satisfy a tax execution
issued by R. A. Bell, as Tax Collect
or of Wilkinson county for taxes
due the State and county for the year
1927. Tenant in possession and
defendent in fi. fa. notified in terms

the widow of W. E. Jones, deceased,
have filed their award, and unless
good and sufficient cause is shown,
the same will be made the judgment

1928, of the Court of Ordinary.

imous vote Mr J. W. Dennard was
elected to fill his place.
