and being in the county of Wilkinson
and State of Georgia, containing 81
acres, of land, more or less and bound
ed as follows:-
On the north by the lands known
as the Furdom Place; on the south by
the lands known as the Bragg Place;
on the west by lands of Mittie Ryles;
on the east by lands of Mrs. J. R.
Gardner.
Also one-horse Hackney wagon.
Said levy made and property will
be sold as the property of J. R.
Gardner to satisfy an execution issued
from the Justice Court of the 331 dis
trict G- M. of said county and State,
in favor of the Farmers & Merchants
Bank of Gordon, Vs. J. R Gardner.
