Sale of Land
Georgia—Wilkinson County.
Pursuant to an order granted by
the Honorable James B. Park. Judge
of the Superior Court of Wilkinson
county, at, chambers on the 22nd day
of July, 1930, authorizing the sale of
the real estate of the Farmers and
Merchants Bank of Gordon, Georgia,
there will be sold at public outcry to
the highest bidder for cash, on the
First Tuesday in September, 1930,
before the courthouse door at Irwin
ton, Georgia, and during the legal
hours of Sheriff"s sales, all of the
following described lands to wit:
145 acres of land more or less,
lying and being in said State and
county, Bounded as follows: North
by lands of Atlas Ryle, East by lands
of Brit Kennington, South by the
J. M. Ryle lands and West by the
old J. F. Branan lands, and known
as the Mrs. M. F. Ryle home place
in Ramah Distc.
Also 141 acres of land, more or less,
lying and being in said State and
county, and known as the J. F.
Branan old home place and being all
of said J. F, Branan old home place
except the forty-nine acres heretofore
sold, a fuller description of said
property may be found in Deed Book
