GEORGlA—Wilkinson County.
Under and by virtue of a power
contained in a deed to secure debt,
executed by Neal lie Holder to Tom
Washington, on the first day of
December 1930, said deed being
recorded in Clerks office of the
superior court of said county in Book
of Deeds 47, page 149, the undersignd
will sell before the court house door
of said county, between the legal
hours of sale on Ist Tuesday in May,
1931, to the highest bidder for
cash the following described land,
to-wit.
All that tract or parcel of land,
lying, being and situate in the 329
District, G. M. of Wilkinson county,
Georgia, containing One half acre,
including a three room dwelling house
situated thereon in the town of
Toomsboro, Georgia, and bounded as
follows: On the North by lands of
grantor; South by lands of grantor;
East by lands of Tom Green, and on
the West by the road leading from
Toomsboro to Milledgeville, Ga., it
being the same land purchased by
grantor from Will Burke, and being
the lands occupied by Harris on the
first day of December 1930.
The said deed was executed to
secure the payment of a certain
promissory note executed by Neallie
Holder to T>m Washington for the
principal sum of One Hundred Sixty
five dollars.

March Ist, 1931. The said note is
past due, and said ands will be sold
to pay said note and the cost of these
proceedings, the remainder, if any,
will be paid over to the said Nea
llie Holder or her legal representayive.
The purchaser will be given a deed
conveying fee simple title.
