Under and by virtue of the power
contained in a deed to secure debt
executed bv D A. Nicholson and
Mrs Laura Nicholson to Mrs Eula
Byington, dated December 15, 1928,
and the said deed being recorded in
the Clerk’s office of the superior court
of said county, in book of deeds 47
folio 23, the undersigned will sell be
fore the courthouse door in said coun
ty to the highest bidder for cash,
during the legal hours of sale on
Monday, 27th day of June 1932, the
following described land in Wilkin
son county,
Consisting of 250 acres, more or
less, and bounded on the south by
lands of W. W. Smith; on the south
east and west by lands of Pleasant
Plains church and N. L. Walters; on
the north by the lands of the A. J.
Knight estate; and on the east by
the lands of the Joel A, Smith estate.
Said tract of land will be sold for the
purnose of satisfying a loan of §540
made by Mrs Eula Byington to said
D. A. Nicholson and Mrs Laura
Nicholson, December 15, 1928. Said
loan being evidenced by a certain
promissory note of said date drawing
interest from maturity at the rate of
8% per annum- Said note being due
Nov. 15. 1931, and is now unpaid.
The proceeds of said sale will be
applied to the payment of said note
and the remainder, if any, will be
paid over to the said D. A. Nicholson
and Mrs Laura Nicholson, or their
legal representative. Said lands will
be sold subject to all liens thereon. ,
This 30 day of May 1932.

upon the application of Alex S. Bonne,
as administrator of the estate of J. A.
Spears, deceased, late of said county,
to sell the lands of the said J. A.
Spears, deceased, for thu purpose of
paying debts and distribution, there

bidder, in the city of Irwinton, be
tween the legal hours of sale, on the
first Tuesday in July 1932, as the prop
erty of the said deceased the follow
ing described lands, to-wit: All that
tract or parcel of land containing 57
acres, more or Jess, formerly known
as the property of Mrs Rosanna Spears
and bounded as follows: On west by
lands of Mrs Janie Fountain; on east
by lands of Valentino place now
owned by W. A. Jones; on north by
lands of Mrs Janie Fountain; on the
south by lands of W. A. Jones and
Peters Veal. Terms of sale cash.
