GEORGIA —Wilkinson County.
There will be sold before the court
house door in Irwinton, Wilkinson
county, Georgia, on the first Tuesday
in October, 1932, at public sale to
the best and highest bidder for cash,
the following described real estate:
All of lots of land Nos. 340, 361,
311, 341, and fractional lot No. 362
and 155 acres of lot No. 312, all ly
ing and being in the 3rd District of
Wilkinson county, Georgia, and
bounded by the dower lands of Mrs
Celia Watkins, the same as ^described
in deed from F. M. Watkins to Jas.
T. Wright, dated the 2nd day of Oc"
tober, A. D. 1890, and recorded in
the Clerk’s office of the Superior
court of Wilkinson county, in book
‘ K’’ folio 416 October 14th. 1890.
Also the southwest one quarter of
lot No. 318 and of lot No. 319 and
the south fractional part of lot No.
329 and the south fractional part of lot
382, and all of fractional lot 327, and
fractional part of lot 334, containing
635 acres, more or less, all lying and
being in the Second District of Wil
kinson county, Georgia, and fully de
scribed in deed from Francis M. Wat
kins to Wm. A. Fuller and Frank
C, Jocelyn, dated the 4th day of
November, 1890 and recorded in the
Clerk’s office of the superior court of
Wilkinson county, in book “K” folio
425, November 4th, 1890.
Also all of lot of land No. 282 in
the Third District of Wilkinson
county, Georgia, as described in deed
from Wineford H. Bailey, dated the
3rd day of October, 1890, and re
corded in the Clerk’s office of the Su
perior court of Wilkinson county,
Georgia, book “K’’ folio 417, October
14th 1890.
Also the southeast one fourth and
the southwest one fourth of lot No.
318 containing 100 acres, more or
less, in the second District of Wilkin
son county, Georgia, as described in
deed from John H. Bailey bearing
date of October 3rd, 1890 and record
ed in the Clerk’s office of the Supe
rior court of Wilkinson county, book
“K” folio 412, October 14th, 1890
Also the northeast one-fourth of lot
No 318 in the Second District of
Wilkinson county, Georgia, contain
ing fifty acres, more or less, as con
veyed by deed of Augustus G. Bai
ley, bearing date October 4th, 1990,
and recorded in Clerk’s office of the
Superior court of Wilkinson county,
in book “K” folio 418. October 14th,
1890.
Said sale being made under and
by virtue of a power of attorney and
authority contained in a security
deed executed by J. M. Finn to Mrs
C. B. Epes, dated March 16th, 1922
and recorded in Deed Book 3g, pag
es 134-5-6, Clerk’s office Wilkinson
county, Georgia, said deed having
been executed'and delivered for the
purpose of securing a principal in
debtedness of the original principal of
Forty-fiye Hundred Dollars (4500 00)
Said deed provides that upon default
in the payment of said indebtedness
that Mrs C. B. Epes was authorized
and empowered to sell the property
described in said deed at auction at
the usual place of conducting sales at
the court house door iu Irwinton,
Wilkinson county, Georgia, to the
highest and best bidder for cash, after
giving four weeks notice of the time,
terms and place of said sale by ad
vertisement once a week in the news
paper in the city of Irwinton, Wil
kinson county, Georgia.
Default having occurred in the
payment of the indebtedness secured
by said security deed, the undersign
ed, under and by virtue of the au
thority and power contained in said
deed has elected to exercise same
and will at the time and place above
stated sell said real estate to the best
and highest bidder for cash, and the
proceeds arising from said sale will
be applied as provided in the above
referred security deed.

The undersigned, by virtue of a
power contained in a deed to secure
debt, executed by R. P. Anderson to
the undersigned, dated June 26,
1926, will sell before the court house
door in Wilkinson county. Georgia,
for cash to the highest bidder, dur
ing the legal hours of sale on the 4th
day of October, 1932, the following
described property, to-wit:
“All that tract or parcel of land,
lying, being and situate ia the town
of Gordon, said State and county, and
more fully described as follows: Con
taining two lots in the “Jones sur
vey’’ as lots three and four, and
described and bounded as follows:
Each lot containing One Hundred
feet each and running back Que hun
dred and eighty-five feet, making to
tal frontage of One hundred feet and
total backage of One hundred eighty
five feet, and bounded as follows: on
the north by lots formerly owned by
Mrs J. P. Lee, now by J. M. Foun
tain; on the east by lots of Mrs Salle
M. Wood, and on the south by Jones
Ayenue. or street; and on the west
by lands formerly owned by Mrs O.
F. Kingery, and being the same lands
known as the home place in Gordon,
Ga„ of R. P. Anderson.
Said deed being recorded in clerk’s
office of the superior court of Wilkin
son county in book of deeds 44, pag
es 595-6, and said deed having been
executed to secure the payment oi a
promissory note executed by R. P.
Anderson to Ira B, Stinson, dated
June 26, 1926, for the principal sum
of SIOBO.OO together with interest
thereon from maturity at the rate of
eight per cent, per annum, and said
note being due June 2s, 1927, No
payments haye been made on said
note except the sum of $324.00.
The said lands will be sold for the
purpose of paying said debt and sub
ject to all State, county, school and
municipal taxes. The proceeds of
said sale will be apnlied to the pay
ment of said note and the' expenses
of this proceeding. and if there
should be a remainder the same will
be paid over to the said R. P. Ander
son, as he is now in life. A deed
will be executed to the purchaser.

form applied to me for permanent let
ters of administration on the estate of
J. F. Collins, late of said county,
this is to cite all and singular the
creditors and next of kin of J. F.
(Jollins to be and appear at my office
in Irwinton on the first Monday in
October by 10 o’clock a. m., and to
show cause, if any they can. why
permanent administration should not
be granted to W. N Collins on the
J, F. Collins estate. W itness my
