the legal hours of sale to the highest
bidder for cash to satisfaction a tax
execution issued by J. A. Stores,
clerk of the city of Gordon, for city
taxes due the city of Gordon for the
year 1928, agaiust Mr and Mrs D. C.

White Brick Company. Levy made
by A. B. Wood, city marshall of city

tenant in possession notified in terms
of the law. Said property will be
delivered to purchaser at the Georgia
White Brick Companys plant in said
county.

of Superior court of Wilkinson coun
ty, I will sell before the court house
door in Irwinton during the legal
hours of sale to the highest bidder
for cash on Monday, November 14th,
1932, the following described prop
erty;
All that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the town of Gor
don. Wilkinson county, Georgia, and
hounded on the East by Maint street,
on the South by lot of Dr. R. E
Evans, on the west by line between
the C. E Frasuer and O. M. Hall
places, on the North by the J. H.
Bloodworth & Company lot, and be
ing 120 feet from East corner along
Main street to the Frasuer and Hall
lot, and thence along said Frasuer
aud Hall line 156 feet to the Blood
worth lot, thence to the beginning
on Main street.
Said deed was given to secure a
note for $2600.00 and the interest
thereon, and said note being long
past due and unpaid, the said lands
will be sold and the amount received
from said sale will be applied to pay
ment of said note and the interest
thereon, and the cost of this proceed
ing, and the balance, if any, to be
paid to the said T. O. Fields. The
undersigned by virtue of the power
granted in' said deed, will execute
title to the purchaser.

The soldiers at the Soldiers Home
