Irwinton, Wilkinson county. Georgia,
during the legal hours of sale on the
first Tuesday in January, 1934, the

the Court of Ordinary of said county,
I will sell before the court house in
Irwinton, said county, on first Tues
day in January next between legal
sale hours, to the highest bidder for
cash, all the timber suitable for saw
mill purposes, measuring eight inches
in diameter, twelve inches from the
ground, at time of cutting, said tim
ber now situated on the J. F. Payne
home place, being 305 acres, more or

less, and bounded by Tanas or Mrs J.
F. Payne on north, bv Yancey place
on east, by Mrs Etta Butler and J. H,
Stanley on south, and on west by J,
B. Stuckey; and on old Porter place,
consisting of 370 acres, more or less,
and bounded on north by lands of J.
M. Hall, on east by Catherine Cars
well, on south-east, by lands of I. C.
Walker, and on the west by lands of
Jim Bloodworth, and being the place
whereon Gordon Payne now lives.
Purchaser to be given a lease of
five years on said timber, with rights
incident to cutting and removing
same. Sold for payment of debts and

erated in the E Johnson store since
last February, when »hose neighborly
brothers offered a home while the fire
was still burning. Appreciate this
