For the purpose of paying certain
tax executions against the parties
hereinafter designated, there will he
sold before the courthouse door in
Irwinton, Wilkinson county. Georgia,
during the legal hours of sale on the
first Tuesday in January, 1934, the
following described tracts or parcels
of land, tc-wit:

20 acres bounded north and east by
G R W Bentley, south by Byington
and Carswell, on west other lands of
Mrs J N Nuft estate. Levied on and
to be sold as property of Mrs J N
Nutt estate to satisfy an execution
for state and county tax for years
1931-1932 against said estate

40 acres land bounded north by Geo
Payne, on east other lands of Mrs
Minnie Adams sold for 1931 tax, on
south R F Bell, and west other lands
of Mrs Minnie Adams Levied on
and to be sold as property of Mrs Min
nie Adams to satisfy an execution for
state and county taxes for year 1932
against her.

execution for state and county tax for

place. Levied on and to be sold as
property of J M Lang to satisfy an
execution for state and county tax
for year 1932 against him.

lands of Ellis G Carswell, southeast
Victor Davidson, on southwest other
lands of Ellis G Carswell sold for
1931 tax. Levied on and to be sold
as property of Ellis G Carswell to
satisfy an execution for state and
county tax for year 1932 against him.

50 acres of land bounded northwest
by Hawkinsville and Balls ferry road,
northeast A J Dixon, southeast and
southwest other lands of Cook and
Ellis. Levied on and to be sold as
property of Cook & Ellis to satisfy
an execution for state and county tax
for year 1932 against them.

for permanent, letters of administra
tion on the estate of B. Wvnn, late

Butler, haying applied to me by pe

of said Eloise Butler, and that an or

tion issue; all the heirs at law and
creditors of the said Eloise Butler
will take notice that I will pass upon

By virtue of an order granted by
the Court of Ordinary of said county,
I will sell before the court house in
Irwinton, said county, on first Tues
day in January next between legal
sale hours, to the highest bidder for
cash, all the timber suitable for saw
mill purposes, measuring eight inches
in diameter, twelve inches from the
ground, at time of cutting, said tim
ber now situated on the J. F. Payne
home place, being 305 acres, more or

less, and bounded by Tanas or Mrs J.
F. Payne on north, bv Yancey place
on east, by Mrs Etta Butler and J. H,
Stanley on south, and on west by J,
B. Stuckey; and on old Porter place,
consisting of 370 acres, more or less,
and bounded on north by lands of J.
M. Hall, on east by Catherine Cars
well, on south-east, by lands of I. C.
Walker, and on the west by lands of
Jim Bloodworth, and being the place
whereon Gordon Payne now lives.
Purchaser to be given a lease of
five years on said timber, with rights
incident to cutting and removing
same. Sold for payment of debts and
distribution among heirs. This De

All snug in The Bulletin’s new of
fice this week Paper has been op
erated in the E Johnson store since
last February, when »hose neighborly
brothers offered a home while the fire
was still burning. Appreciate this
real favor and enjoyed being with
these good friends —and during such
a tight time it helped my feelings lots
