By virtue of an order from the court
of Ordinary of said county will be
sold before the court house door at
Irwinton, said county, on first. Tues
day in February 1934, between the
usual sale hours, for cash, the follow
ing real estate belonging to Eloise
Butler, minor, and heir to estate of
Virgil Cummings, deceased, to-wit:
One eighth undivided interest in
206 acres of land, more or less, in
Irwinton district. Wilkinson county.
Ga., and bounded on north by lands
of G. J. Lindsey, east by Northern
Cummings, south by Big Sandy creek
and west by public road. Sold for
support and maintenance of said
minor. This January 4, 1934.

bidder for cash, bet ween the usual
hours for sale, the following property
belonging to the estate of 0. N. Max
well, deceased:
Home house and lot in Danville,
Ga , known as the home lot of O. N.
Maxwell, deceased; also two adjoin
ing vacant lots lying and being on
north west side of second street and
as a whole is bounded on south east
side by second street, south by street,
and land of 0. N. Maxwell’s children
o i north side; alley on west side.
Also will be sold G1 acres of land,
more or less, known as part of the I.
A. Maxwell place. Wilkinson county.
Ga., bounded on north by lands of
F. E Johnson, east, lands of F. E-
Johnson, south by lands cf O. N.
Maxwell, west by lands of H. H. Max
well, and Turkey cteek swamp; Also
will be sold separately all the sawable
timber located on this land. Any or
all of above property to be sold, or a
sufEcurCV -hereof to pay year’s sup
port, funeral expenses, doctors’ bills,
taxes and cost of administration.

Young Womans’ Auxiliary
The December meeting of Young
Womans’ Auxiliary was held at the
home of Mrs IL L. Hartley with 13
members p esent and one visitor, Mrs
James Whitehurst, Superintendent
of the Ebenezer Association,
The meeting was opened with a
song, followed by a prayer by Mrs
Whitehurst, Mrs N. H. Bacon pre
sided in the absence of the president.
The scripture lesson was given by
Mrs Thad Player. Miss Frances
Hubbard gave a reading on a Mis
sionary's Christmas in China. Miss
Clara Bell told an interesting story
