Because of default in the payment
of a loan secured by a deed to secure
debt executed by F. E. Johnston to
the undersigned. The Federal Land
Bank of Columbia, dated the 23rd
day of January 1923, and recorded
in the office of the Clerk ot Superior
Court ot Wilkinson County, Georgia,
in Book 38 Page 711, the undersign
ed has declared the full amount of the
loan, with interest, and advances
made by the undersigned, due and
payable, and will on the 4th day of
February, 1935, acting under the
power of sale contained in said deed.

County, Georgia, haying such shape,
metes, courses and distinces as will
more fully appear by refererce t) a
plat thereof. made by O. B, Lamb,
Surveyor, of date Oct. 20. h. 1922,
which plat is recorded in the office of
the clerk of the Superior Court of
gaid county in book 39 page 189 and
being bounded on the North east b7
the lands of G. W. Williams, W.T.
Porter and J. F. Porter; on the South
east by the lands M. E, H. Lee & G.
E. Chapmaun: on the South-west by
the lands of W. F. Linder, G, F.
Johnston and O. N. Maxwell; and on

highest bidder for cash, four one
eighth undiyvided interests in one
hundred thirty nine acres of land in
said county, being bounded on the
notrh by the Jack Stucky place, on
the east by lands of J. A. Cook, on
south by lands of E. M. Cauley, and
west by lands of W H. Cook, Said
lands sold for maintenance and edu
cation of the four minors, Edna, Gra
dy, Lois and May Butler, each own
ing 1-8 undivided interest in said
