the indebtedness described in a cer
tain deed with power of sale dated
March 1931, from R. L. Wynn and
N- J. Wynn to Mrs Eula Byington,
recorded in deed book 50, pages 179
180, office of the clerk of the superior
court of Wilkinson county. Georgia,
the powers granted in said deed have
become operative and the undersign
ed will sell to sitis fy the described
indebtedness, before the court house
door in the town of Irwinton. Wilkin
son county, Georgia, during the legal

tax executions against the parties
hereinafter designated, there will be

line chopped and staged, separating
