Because of Default in the payment
of the indebtedness described in two
(2) certain deeds with power of sale
from A. J. Criswell to Wilkinson
County Bank, dated February 17,
1931, and April 18th, 1931, respect
ively. and recorded in Deed book 47,
page 1?9 and Deed book 47, page
189, respectively. Office of Clerk of
Superior Court. Wilkinson county,
Georgia, the undersigned acting un
der the power of sale contained in
said deeds for the purpose of paying
said indebtedness, will on the first
Tuesday in January, 1936, during
the legal hours of sale in front of the
court house in Irwinton, said county,
sell at public outcry, for cash, the
following described land.
All that tract of land lying in
Bloodworth District, Wilkinson coun
ty, Georgia, containing two hundred
and two and a half (202 1-2) acres,
more or less and known as the A. J.
Criswell home place and bounded as
follows: North by lands of R. T,
Reynolds; east by lands of W. F. Hel
ton; south by lands of Frank Miller,
and lands of W, H. Parker estate;
west by lands of M. T. Eady. The
undersigned will execute deed to the
purchaser, as authorized oy the afore
mentioned deed.

George H. Carswell, now the property
