Minutes of the Executive Committee
of the Democratic Party for Wilkin
son County, January 8, 1936.
The Democratic Executive Com
mittee met in Irwinton at the court
house on January Bth, ■ 1936, pursu
ant to the call of the Chairman.
The following business was trans
acted:
Moved and carried that the Wjl.
kinson County Primary be held on
the 18th day of March 193(1.
Further that eyery voter be requir
ed to register and vote in the district
of his or her residence.
Moved and carried, further, that all
candidates for office in said Primary
shall register and qualify by twelve
o’cloc*', noon, on the 15th day of
February, 1936.
Moved and carried that we assess
the candidates who shall qualify in
said Primary, the amounts hereinafter
set forth, the payment of which is to
be made when qualifying.
1. Candidates for Ordinary shall be

Pursuant to the authority set forth in
the will of Mrs Emma E. Lord, late
of said county, the executors of said
will, will sell before the courthouse
door at Irwinton in said county, on
the First Tuesday in March, 1936,
during the legal hours of sale to the
highest bidder for cash, all the real
estate belonging to said estate, all
lying in said county and all the fol
lowing described lots lying in the
town of Toomsboro, being more fully
described by a plat made by J. G.
Hatfield, Surveyor, on Jan. 27, 1936.
said lots being as follows:
Lots 1,2, and 3 lying on the North
side of the Central of Georgia Rail
way and bounded on the South by the
right of way of the Central of Geor
gia Railway Co;, and lands of Jasper
Collins and lands of Mrs L. R Cason;
on the west by lands of Mrs b R.

the North by lauds of P. Z Lord and
Green Little; on the East by lands of
