Notice of Sale Under
Powers Contained In
Security Deed
State of Gecr/ia, Wilkinson County
By virtue of the powers contained
in a security deed executed May 26th,
1934, by Mrs Hamp Alberta Moye to
Home Owners’ Loan Corporation,
said deed being recorded in Book 51,
Folio 13-14, of the records of the
Clerk of the Superior court of WiL
kinson county, Georgia, there will be
sold at public outcry before the court
house door in Wilkinson county,
Georgia, to the highest bidder for
cash by Home Owners’ Loan Corpor
ation, as attorney-in-fact for the said
Mrs Hamp Alberta Moye, during the
legal hours of sale on the first Tues
day in April, 1936, the following de
scribed propertv, to wit: All that
certain tract or parcel of land contain
ing three acres, more or less, lying
and being in the town of Toomsboro,
Wilkinson county, Georgia, more
particularly described as follows: Be
ginning at the point of intersection of
Winfield Miller’s land with the land
of Alberta Moye on Shepard Alley,
and from said point running south
forty-three (43) degrees, thirty (30)
minutes west two hundred forty two
(242) feet to a point: Thence running
along the land of Julia Miller’s prop
erty south forty (40) degrees thirty
(30) minutes east one hundred sev
enty-five (175) feet to a point ;Thence
running south forty six (46) degrees
forty-five (45) minutes west one
hundred ninety-two (192) feet to a
point; Thence running south thirty
five (35) degrees fifteen (11) min
utes east two hundred twenty seven
(227) feet to a point; Thence run
ning south eighty-two (82) degrees
forty-five (45) minutes east two hun
dred sixty-seven (267) feet to a point;
Thence running from said point north
thirty six (36) degrees thirty (30) min
utes west two hundred thirty-seven
(237) feet to a point; Thence run
ning north forty-three (43) degrees
forty-fiye (45) minutes east one hun
dred seventy-one (171) feet six (6)
inches to a point; Thence running
north forty (40) degrees ten (10)
minutes west three hundred six (306)
feet six (6) inches along the line of
Winfield Miller’s property to the point
which is the point of beginning.
Also all heating, plumbing and
lighting fixtures and equipment at
tached to or used in connection with
said real estate that were conveyed in
above described security deed.
These powers are being exercised
and the said property sold by the
undersigned. as aforesaid, for the
purpose of paying off the indebted
ness secured by said deed in the prin
cipal sum of J 1568 68 with accrued
interest computed to February 21st,
1936, In the sum of $137.25, (the
above principal sum includes the
amount of $7.63 for taxes) as evi
denced by a certain note executed
and delivered May 26th, 1936, in the
amount of $1576.75 by the said Mrs
Hamp Alberta Moye, payable to the
order of Home Owner’s Loan Cor
poration and fully described in the
security deed referred to herein above.
' said note and deed providing that in
the event of default in payment of
' any installment for a period of ninety
(90) days that the bolder may de
-1 clare the entire indebtedness due and
' collectible, and sell said property
pursuant to the powers of sale con-
1 tained in the deed to secure debt.
Now, whereas the said Mrs Hamp
Alberta Moye, having defaulted in
such installment payments for more
than ninety days, the undersigned
has declared the entire indebtedness
' due bv reason of said default and in
accordance with the terms of said
note and deed.
The above described property will
be sold, subject to unpaid taxes for
1934 and 1935. to the highest bidder
for cash and the proceeds will be ap
plied to said indebtedness and the
lawful expense of said sale, and as
provided in the deed

son County Superior Court in Book
58, Page 116, the undersigned, Fed
eral Farm Mortgage Corporation, the
owner and holder of said deed and
i the note secured thereby, has declared
the full amount of the indebtedness
secured by said deed due and payable,
: and, acting under the power of sale
contained in said deed, for the pur
pose of paying said indebtedness,
! will on the 7th day of April, 1836,
, during the legal hours of sale at the
court house in said county, sell at
public outcry to the highest bidder for
cash, the lands described in said deed,
to wit:
All that certain tract of land con
taining Seven hundred eighteen and
i nine tenths (718.9) acres. lying in
1 the 332 District of Wilkinson county,
1 Georgia, on the Dublin and Tooms
boro public road, eight miles south
east of Toomsboro, and on the waters
I of South Sandy creek and on the
waters of Big Sandy creek, and in
1 the possession of I. G. Prim, and
1 bounded: on the Northwest by lands
of Martin and N. J. Wynn; on the
I Northeast by lands of T. J. Holland;
1 and on the Southeast by lands of
1 Abel Dominey and the run of South 1
1 Sandy creek, and on the South by 1
Mill branch; and on the Southwest by 1
1 lands of Allen Dixon. Said lands
, are more particularly described in a
certain plat made by J. N. Stevens,
' C. E., on the 30th day of September
1933. which plat is recorded in Book
of Plats No. 1, page 110. in the of
fice of the Clerk of Superior court of
Wilkinson county, Georgia,
Copy of said plat now being on file
with the Agent of the Land Bank
Commissioner, at Columbia, S C.
A deed will be executed to the
ourchaser as authorized by the afore- ■
mentioned loan deed. I
