Act, secured by a deed to secure debt
executed by Mrs Annie M. Dominy
and O. H. P. Dominy to the Land
Bank Commissioner, dated the 2nd
day of May, 1934. and recorded in
the clerk’s office of the Wilkinson
County Superior Court in Book 51,
page 295. the undersigned, Federal
Farm Mortgage Corporation, the own
er and holder of said deed and the
note secured thereby, Las declared
the full amount of the indebtedness
secured by said deed due and payable,
and, acting under the power of sale
c mtaiued in said deed, for the pur
poie of paying said indebtedness,
will, on the 2nd day of June, 1936,
during the legal hours of sale at the
court house in said county, sell at
public outcry to the highest bidder
for cash, the lands described in said

All that certain tract of land lying
being and situate in the 2nd land dis
trict, 332nd Militia District of Wil
kinson County, Georgia, containing
one hundred seventy seven and one
half (177/^) acres, located on the
public road known as the Dominy
public road, connecting State Aid
Highway No 2 9 with the Toomsboro
and Dublin public road, about 15
miles southeast of Irwinton, Georgia,
lying on the waters of Horse Branch,
and known as the ’‘B. H. Dominy
old home place”. Said tract of land
being part of Land lot No. 188 in
said land district, and now in the
possession of Mrs Annie M. Dominy,
subject to the easement of the Geor
gia Power Company right of wav
electric line from Gordon to Dublin.
Said lands being more particularly de
scribed in a plat prepared by J G.
Hatfield. County Surveyor, of Wil
kinson county, on the 12th day of
December, 1933, and said plat being
recorded in the clerk’s office of the
Superior court of Wilkinson county
on the 27th day of January, 1934, in
in Book of Plats No. lon page 104.
Said original plat being on file in the
office of The Federal Land Bank of
Columbia, Columbia, S. C. Said
tract of land being bounded as fol
lows: On the Northeast, Northwest,
South and Southwest by lands of A.
J, Dixon, and on the Southeast by
lands of H. B. Dominy
Subject to first loan deed dated
May 2nd, 1934, executed by Mrs An
ni* M. Dominy and O. H. P. Dominy
to The Federal Laud Bank o f Colum
bia. said loan deed being recorded
among the records of Wilkinson
County, Georgia.
A deed will be made to the pur
chaser as authorized by the afore
mentioned loan deed.

the undersigned has declared the full
amount of the indebtedness referred
to due and payable, and, acting un

Lang; on the Northwest by lands of
J. W. Lang and W. W. Lang and C.
R. Faulk; on the Northeast by lands
of C. R. Faulk. (A two acre tract
in the west corner being granted for
a school building and grounds.) Said
lands being the Northeast half of lot
No. 190 and the Southwest half of lot
No. 201 in the 23rd Land District of
said State and county.
The undersigned will execute a
deed to the purchaser as authorized
by the aforementioned loan deed.

o’clock P. M. on the Ist day of June
1936, to sell an equity in 149 acres of
land known as the Dr- Temples old
place, lying in the 328th district of
said county and bounded: north by
M. M. Jones; east by L. T, Temples,
American Cyanimid Co. and Edgar
Bros. Co ; south by Edgar Bros. Co.
and Roy L. Hardie; west by Milledge
ville and Shepherd’s bridge road and
lands of Mrs J. F. Etheridge, and to
reinvest the proceeds, because of no
income of said ward’s property sought
to be sold.

of Ordinary of said state and county,
there will be sold at public outcry on
the first Tuesday in June, 1936, at
the courthouse door in Irwinton, Geor
gia, between the legal hours of sale
to the highest and best bidder for
cash, the following described land in
said county:
All that tract of land lying in the
City of Gordon, the metes and bounds
being as follows: Beginning on Main
Street at the intersection of said tract
with the lot knowu-as the J. H. Blood
worth & Co. lot and running south
along said street a distance of thirty
six feet to the intersection of the T.
O. Fields lot now owned by J. W.
Brooks, Sr ; thence west along said
street a distance of 106 feet to the lot
now owned by Alf Fraseur; thence
north along said lot a distance of 36
feet to the J. H. Bloodworth & Co.
lot; thence east along said lot lab
feet to the starting point.

said conveyance and assignment hav

page 146 office of Clerk aforesaid, the
said assignee, J. S. Horton, acting
under the power of sale contained in
said deed with power of sale for the
purpose of paying the indebtedness
described therein, will sell on the
first Tuesdav in June_l936, during

courthouse door in Irwinton, Georgia,
