Notice is hereby given that N. A.
Collins, as administrator of Martha
Collins, deceased, having applied to
me by petition for leaye to sell all the
real estate of said Miss Martha Col
lins. deceased; and that an order was
made thereon at the July term. 1936,
for citation, and that citation issue;
all the heirs at law and creditors of
the said Martha Collins, deceased,
will take notice that I will pass upon
said application at the August term,
1936, of the court of Ordinary of
Wilkinson county; and that unless
cause is shown to the contrary, at
said time, said leave will be granted.

Because of default in payment of
the indebtedness described in a cer
tain deed with power of sale from J.
F. Miller to Mrs Willie M. Stubbs,
dated May 4, 1931, and recorded in
Deed book 49, pages 621 and 622 in
the office of the Clerk of the Superior
court of Wilkinson county, Georgia,
the indebtedness and all the rights,
titles and equity ia said deed and
also the property described therein
having been sold and assigned by
said Mrs Willie M. Stubbs to Sally
S. Miller, said conveyance and assign
ment have been recorded in Deed
book 49, page 621. office aforesaid,
the said assignee, Sally S Miller, act
ing under the power of sale contained
in said deed, for the purpose of pay
ing the indebtedness described there
in, will sell on the first Tuesday in
August, 1936. during the legal hours
of sale, in front of the court house
door, in Irwinton, Georgia, said coun
ty, at public outcry to the highest bid
der, for cash, the following described
land —
All qf that certain one-third (1-3)
undivided interest in and to all of
that certain lot, tract or parcel of land
situate, lying and being in Wilkinson
county. Georgia, in Passmore district,
the whole of said tract containing
Five hundred thirty-seven and one
half (537 acres, more or less, the
same being bounded as follows: by
lands now or formerly of Samuel
Spence or his eatate; by lands now or
formerly owned by Henry Stubbs; by
other lands now or formerly of J. F.
Miller; by the public road leading
from the ‘‘J. F. Miller Place” to Mil
ledgeville and Dublin road; by the
Milledgeville and Dublin road; by
lands now or formerly of Cornelia
Cummings; by lauds now or formerly
of Thomas Stevens; and by lands
known as "The Hicks Place’'’, now
or formerly owned by John Minor.
The tract of land here described and
conveyed is commonly knows as, and
is called "The Andrew J. Miller Home
Place’’, the interest in the same con
veyed being, as aforesaid, a one-third
undivided interest, the same being
that said interest which was held and
owned by the said J. F. Miller.
The undersigned will execute deed
to the purchaser as authorized by the
aforesaid deed with power of sale.

Because of default in the payment of
a loan, made by the Land Bank Com
missioner on behalf of the Federal
Farm Mortgage Corporation under
authority of an Act of Congress of the
United States known as the Federal
Farm Mortgaae Corporation Act, se
cured by a deed to secure dent exe
cuted by Ivan Gray Prim to the
Land Bank Commissioner, dated the
29th day of May, 1934, and recorded
in the clerk’s office of the Wilkinson
County Superior Court in Book 58.
Page 116, the undersigned. Federal
Farm Mortgage Corporation, the ow
ner and holder of said deed and the
note secured thereby have declared the
full amount of the indebtedness se
cured by said deed due and payable
and acting under the power of sale
contained in said deed, for the pur
pose of paying said indebtedness,
will on the 4th day of August, 1936,
during the legal hours of sale at the
court house in said county, sell at
public outcrv to the highest bidder for
cash, the lands describedin said deed,
to wit:
All that certain tract of land con
taining Seven hundred eighteen and
nine tenths (718 9) acres, lying in
the 332 District of VC ilkinson county,
Georgia, on the Dublin and Tooms
boro public road, eight miles south
east of Toomsboro, and on the waters
of South Sandy creek arid on the
waters of Big Sandy cresk, and in
the possession of I. G- Prim, and
bounded: on the Northwest by lands
of Marlin, and N. J Wynn; on the
Northeast by lands of T, J. Holland;
and on the Southeast by lands of
Abel Dominey and the run ol South
Sandy creek, and on the South by
Mill branch; and on the Southwest by
lands of Allen Dixon. Said lands
are more particularly described in a
certain plat made by J. N. Stevens,
C. E., on the 30th day of September
1933, which plat is recorded in Book
of Plats No. 1, page 110, in the of
fice of the Clerk of Superior court of
Wilkinson county. Georgia.
Copy of said plat now being on file
with the Agent of the Land Bank
Commissioner, at Columbia, S. C.
A deed will be executed to the
purchaser as authorized by the afore
mentioned loan deed.
