The maximum number of shares of
stock that the corporation is authorized
to have outstanding at any one time
shall be Five Thousand (5.0001 shares of
common stock of a par value of Ten
($10.00) Dollars per share. The amount
of capital with which the corporation
will begin doing business shall not be
less than Three Hundred ($300.001 Dol
lars.

The principal place of business of said
corporation shall be in Clayton County,
Georgia, with the privilege of estab
lishing offices and places of business
elsewhere within this State. Said cor
poration shall have the right to conduct
its stockholders and directors meetings
within and without this State.

Said corporation shall have all of the
rights, powers, privileges, and immunities
which are now or hereafter mav be
allowed to corporations under the laws
of the State of Georgia, including all
such rights, powers, privileges and im
munities permitted by law and set forth
in this petition.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray to be
incorporated under the name and style
aforesaid with the powers, privileges and
immunities herein set forth and as are
now or may hereafter be allowed cor
porations of similar character under the
laws of Georgia.

NOTICE OF AMENDMENT
TO THE
CLAYTON COUNTY ZONING
RESOLUTION
Notice is hereby given that a public
hearing will be held by the Commis
sioners of Roads and Revenue of Clayton
County on Wednesday, October 21, 1964
at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Office,
Court House, Jonesboro, Georgia, to con
sider the following rezoning recommen
dations of the Clayton County Planning
Commission.
The Planning Commission recommends
that the property of B J. Turner located
in Land Lots 209 and 210 of the 13th
District of Clayton County, Georgia and
being more particularly described as fol
lows, BEGINNING at the Northwest cor
ner of Highway 54 (Fayetteville Road)
and Rendor Street: running thence
Northwesterly along the West side of
Highway 54 < Fayetteville Road) and con
tinuing Northwesterly along the West
side ot Old Highway 41 1480 feet, more
or less, to a branch at the Southeast
corner of property now or formerly
owned by Evelyn M. Parr; running
thence in a Northwesterly direction along
the center of said branch, and following
the meanderings thereof. 1350 feet, more
or less, to the East side of the South
Expressway right-of-way at the South
line of property now or formerly owned
bv Tallullah Danson: running thence
Southeasterly along the East right-of-way
line of the South Expressway 1700 feet,
more or less, to the Northline of prop

The Planning Commission recommends
that the property of Robert Coleman,
located in Land Lot 209 of the 13th Dis
trict of Clayton County, Georgia, and
being more particularly described as fol
lows: BEGINNING at the Northeast in
tersection of Georgia Highway No. 3 <Old
Hwy. 41i and Fifth Avenue; running
thence East along the North right-of-way
line of Fifth Avenue 171 feet to a point;
running thence North a distance of 307
feet to a point: running thence South
Southwesterly a distance of 318 feet to
the East side of Highway 3: running
thence Southeasterly along the East
right-of-way line of Highway 3 a dis
tance of 166 feet to the Northeast in
tersection of Highway 3 and Fifth Ave
nue which point is the point of begin
ning, be rezoned from R-2 Residential
to C-3 Community Commercial District.
The Planning Commission recommends
that the property of C. M. Williams lo
cated in Land Lots 8 and 25 of the 13th
District of Clayton County, Georgia and
being more particularly described as fol
lows, BEGINNING at the Northeast in
tersection of Harrison Road and East
Washington Street; running thence
Southeasterly along the North right-of
wav line of East Washington Street a
distance of 165 feet; running thence
South a distance of 173 feet: running
thence West a distance of 250 feet to the
East side of Harrison Road; running

NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER
Under and by virtue of the powers of
sale contained in that certain security
deed executed by DOROTHY HARDY to
BANK OF JONESBORO, dated January
29, 1962. and recorded in Deed Book 261,
Page 569, of the records of the Clerk of
Superior Couit of Clayton County. Geor
gia; the undersigned will sell at public
outcry to the highest bidder for cash
before the Courthouse door in Clayton
County. Georgia, between the legal hours
of sale on the first Tuesday in November,
1964, to-wit: November 3, 1964, the fol
lowing described property, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying
and being in Land Lot 52 of the 12th
District. Clayton County, Georgia, and
being more particularly described as fol
lows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest cornet
of Land Lot 52. thence running South
1209.5 feet along the West land lot line
to the Southwest corner of the George
Mann Estate property; thence running
East along the South line of the Mann
Estate 724.5 feet to the Northwest cor
ner or the property herein conveyed and
the point of beginning; from said point
of beginning, thence continue East along
the South line of the Mann property 407.5
feet; thence running South 46-degrees
East, 390 feet to a small unimproved

The debt secured by said deed is evi
denced by a note dated January 29. 1962,
in the original principal amount of
$1,356.48, payable, principal and interest,
at the rate of 7 r 4 per annum, in the
amount of $28.26 per month, beginning
on the first day of March. 1962. and con
tinuing thereafter until principal and
interest are paid in full.
Default has occurred in the payment
of the debt evidenced by said note and
secured by said deed by the failure to
pav the installment which fell due on
April 1. 1964, and all subsequent install
ments. Bv reason of said default the
total balance of said debt has therefore
been declared due and said deed fore
closable according to the terms of said
deed and the note which it secures.
Said property will be sold to the high
est bidder for cash as the property of
DOROTHY HARDY, and the proceeds
will be applied to the payment of said
indebtedness and the lawful expenses of
said sale, all as provided in said note and
said deed, said sale to be subject to all
unpaid taxes and assessments.
