Awards luncheon held recently in Atlanta. The Jonesboro
district was the power company leader in total kilowatt
hour sales during 1967. The Macon division was the top
award in comparv-wide competition to sell the most cus
tomers on modernizing their homes to total electric living.

this worthy organization,
which in the past three years
has accomplished near-mir
acles in fund-raising activi
ties. The $4,000-plus lights
for the fields have been paid
down to S4OO, all of which
was garnered by the wom
en’s achievements.

Monday of each month, also
at the Community Center, at
7:30 p.m. Everyone is invited
and those living in the Mor
row-Lake City area are eli
