1. That it was originally incorpo
rated by an order of this Court on
the 16th day of February, 1965.
under the name and style of Phelan
Finance Corp, of Clayton-Forest.
2. That petitioner desires that its
charter be amended by changing its
corporate name from Phelan Finance
Corp, of Clayton-Forest to Avco Fi
nance Company, No. 10.
3. That at a special meeting of its
stockholders, duly held on the 17th
day of January. 1968. the stockhold
ers, of petitioner did, by a vote of
the holders of more than a two
thirds majority of the capital stock
of petitioner entitled to vote there
on, adopt resolutions authorizing an
amendment to the charter of peti
tioner in order to change its cor
porate name from Phelan Finance
Corp, of Clayton-Forest to Avco Fi
nance Company, No. 10. and direct
that this petition for amendment of
its charter be presented to the Su
perior Court of Clayton County
4. That petitioner files with this
petition a certificate of its secretary
marked Exhibit A, setting forth a
copy of said resolutions and showing
that this petiton for amendment of
its charier has been authorized and
adopted in the manner required b\
the act of January 28. 1939. authot -
izing the chartering of corporations.

ministration.
Hendrix, 39. has been with
the Social Security Adminis
tration thirteen years. Prior
to his new assignment, he
worked in Houston, Tex..
Memphis, Tenn., Greenwood,
Miss., Montgomery, Sheffield
and Decatur, Ala., and in the
past year with the Medicare
regional office in Atlanta.
He received a B.A. degree
from Henderson State Col
lege, Arkadelphia, Ark., and
did graduate work at the
University of Texas.
