order, receive donations, make pur
chases. and effect all alienations of
real and personal property, not foi
the purpose of trade or profit, but
for promoting the general design of
such institution, and to look after
the general interest of such estab
lishment and to do and perform all
of the acts and io possess all of the
powers of corporations under the
laws of the State of Georgia. Includ
ing the power to establish schools,
hospitals, and other similar institu
tions both within and without the
State of Georgia.

no provision thereof shall be con
trary to the powers and privileges
contained herein.

That the corporation have all of
the powers and enjoy all of the
privileges allowed to like corpora
tions under the laws of the State
of Georgia as they now or here
after exist.

Certificate of the Secretary of State
