in Sections 22-1827 and 22-1828,

The maximum number of shares
of stock with par value shall be
5,000 shares at SIO.OO per share.
However, the amount of capital

begin business shall be not less than

the expiration of said periods of 35

without the State of Georgia.

Music Club
Paper Sale
The Forest Park Music Club
held its monthly meeting Jan
uary 27 at the Senior High
BA nd Room, Mrs. Tamer
Swiney presided.
A paper sale will be held
Saturday, February 15th. Ail
papers should be brought to
the Senior High Gym early Sat
urday morning. Papers will be
picked up in large quantities if
you will call 366-2098 or
366-5677. The band will again
sell candy starting February
6th.
Mr. Tarpley announced that
the Symphonic and Concert
Bands will give a concert Sun
day February 23rd in the
Senior High Gym, at 3 p.m.
This is open to the public and
no admission is charged. Mem
bers of the band will be partici
pating in the District Band
Clinic in Macon February 1
and 2. she Pep Band in their
new uniforms have been active
around the city and have
played at a number of basket
ball games. The Symphonic
band is beginning plans for
attendance at the meeting of
the Southern Music Educators
Convention in Mobile in April.
They were one of two bands
chosen from eleven submitted
for consideration to play for
this convention of the Music
Educators.
