and highest bidder, for cash, on the
first Tuesday in January. 1923, the
property described in sait^ deed, to-wit:.
All that tract or parcel of land
situate, lying and being in the 422nd
District G. M. of said county, contain
ing ono hundred and eight acres, (less
one acre), more or loss, being lot No, 5
of the James Ivey place, bounded as
follows: on tho East by the lands of
Joe MeCullnr; on the West by the lands
of W. T. Weaver; on the North by the
land of J. L. McCullnr; and on the
South by the lands of the estate of
Iscwis-& H. .1. McCullnr and bv lands
of N. A. Gindin.
This being the tract or parcel of land
sold and deeded to Irwin Reese by W.
A. Pettigrew by deed dated September
20, 1919, and said deed recorded in the
clerk’s office of Balwin Superior Court
in book of deeds “QQ” page 270; to
which deed and its record reference is
made in aid of tlie # doscription hqrein
given. 1
The proceeds of said salo will be ap
plied, first, to the payment of the cost
of this advertisement and the amount
due on said promissory notes. The bal
ance, if'any, w ill bo paid over to the
said Irwin Reese.
