misery note, hearing date the day-and year afore
said, whereby the Defendant promised twelve months
after date of said note to pay the Plaintiff, or bearer
thirteen hundred dollars for value received, with

on the day and year aforesaid said Defendant, bel
ter to secure the payment of said note, executed
