Keep your car well waxed.

cooking them at home. It is
very important that the oven
be at the proper temperature
before putting in the french
fries. Preheating the oven
would be Important for pre
paring french fries. The tim
ing is very important since
over cooking will make them
too crisp. Serve them prompt
ly!!

I have asked God to give
me a sign if He wants me
to obey. This is safe isn't
it?
No, it is not. Jesus said,
"An evil and adulterous gen
eration seeketh after signs,"
(Matt. 12:39). All teachings
should be checked by the Bi
ble and If In harmony with
God's Word should be follow
ed. (Isa. 8:20).
When Jesus said, "One
shall be taken and the
other left," wasn't he
speaking of the secret
rapture?
No, there is not the slight
est Indication of a "secret"
rapture teaching in the Bible.
Jesus was describing how God
spared Noah (Luke 17:26-37)
and destroyed the wicked. He
says specifically that the
flood destroyed them all. Then
He added "Even thus shall It
be In the day when the Son
of Man is revealed, (vs. 30).
To illustrate, Jesus continued,
"Two men shall be in the
field; The one shall be taken
and the other left." (vs 36).
There is nothing secret about
this. Every eye shall see Him
(Rev. 1:7). At his second
coming Christ publicly and
openly takes the righteous up
Into the cloud (I Thes. 4:16-
17) and slays the wicked with
the brightness of His coming
(2 Thes. 2:8) That's why Luke
17:37 speaks of the "bodies"

of the wicked and mentions
the eagles gathered about
them. (See Rev. 19:17, 18).
The wicked who are left be
hind at Christ's coming are
left dead.
Could you suggest a rule
for a meddlesome moth
er-in-law?
Yes. Be quiet and mind
your own business (I Tess 4:
77). In fact, this rule applies
to all in-laws. Many a mar
riage that might have been a
little heaven on earth has
been changed into hell by In
laws. The duty of all in-laws
Is to leave the newly estab
lished home strictly alone.
