part of lot No. 8 in said district and de

on a public road at tho southwest comer
of said traet approximately 1450 feet from
tho west lino of Bald lot No. 18 and
running theneo on a line, north 87 de
grees 54 minutes east 7*8 feet to a point
thence north 2 degrees minutes;
oast 1840.8 feet to a stake
thence north 9 degrees 14 minutes
west 983.4 feet to a point; thence south
88 degree^ SO minutes west 930feet to a
point; theneo south 1 degree 54 minutes
