the entire amount of said in
debtness due and payable, and

1940, during the legal hours of

said county, sell at public outcry

ing two hundred thirty-five (235)
feet on the North side of Swifi
Street and bounded as follows:

East by the Taylor property, for

and West by Fourth Street.

1, at Page 59, in the Office of
the Clerk of the Superior Court'
of Houston County, Ga., and be-1
ing the property conveyed by 1
that certain warranty deed of
W. B. Watson to J. O. Watson,
dated December 16, 1938, and re
corded on the same day in Deed
Book 44, Folio 41, in said Clerk’s
office, together with all fixtures
and other personal property con
veyed by said deed.
Said property will be sold as
the property of J. (J. Watson,
and the proceeds of said sale
will be applied to the payment
of said indebtedness, the expense,
of said sale, and as provided ini
said deed, and the undersigned
will execute a deed to the pur
chaser at said sale as provided in
the aforementioned Deed to Se
cure Debt.
