lay afternoon at the church for

leard a program entitled “Fam
ly Reunion of All Children of
.he South.” Mrs. J. P. Duggan
presented this program and gave
i devotional message based on
Psalm 107. Others taking part

was sung as a prayer in closing.
Mrs. C.E. Brunson, president,
was in charge of the business
session. Mrs. G. S. Riley and
Mrs. Taylor were elected dele
gates to the annual state meet
ing of the B. W. M. U. to be
aeld in Macon March 18-20.
Rev. J. A. Ivey was given a
rising vote of thanks for print
ing two society year books.
The meeting was well attended.

borne missions was observed last
week.
Friends of Mrs. Henry Parker
are glad to learn she is improv
ing after a recent illness. Her
mother, Mrs. John Perdue Jr. of
