FIRE LIMITS—GENERAL BUILDING LAWS An Ordinance to amend “an Or dinance to define, fix, and es tablish the fire limits in the City oi Berry” approved June 7,1937. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Perry and it is hereby ordained by au-j thority of the same: Section 1, From and after the j passage of this act, the ordi-| ; nance approved June 7, 1937, toj j define, fix, and establish the | fire limits in the City of Perry is 1 hereby amended by changing the western boundary from “New nan Street” to “Marion Street.” Also by eliminating entirely the last sentence of said section read ing: “Also all that section of said city, or any part thereof, 'within ninety feet of the center lof Jernaghan Street for the en tire length of the paved section (of said street.” So that said sec i tion as amended shall read as follows: “Section 1. That from and after the passage of this ordi nance the fire limits of the City of Perry shall be and are hereby fixed and established as that part of said City enclosed within the following boundaries: “North by Commerce Street, East by Macon Street and the continuation thereof from water tower South to Main Street; South by Main Street; and West by Marion Street, including all area within ninety feet of the center of said boundaries.” Approved this Bth day of April, 1941.
