NOTICE TO VOTERS
According to a new law in regard to a’ person
being qualified to vote for the 1346 election, it
seems that every voter whose name was not on
the qualified voter’s list for the November elec
tion of 1944 will necessarily have to register again
by or before July 5, 1946.

The petition of MAYO DAVIS.

Office address is Perry, Georgia, re
spectfully showeth to the Court:
1. Petitioners desire for them
selves, others to be associated with
them, and their successors, to be
incorporated for a period of thirty
five (35) years under the corporate
name and style of “HOUSTON DE
HYDRATING CORPORATION”.
2. The object of said incorpora- i
tion is pecuniary gain to the corp
oration and to its stockholders.
3. The principal office of said
corporation will be located in the
City of Perry, Houston County,
Georgia, but Petitioners desire the
right to establish branch offices and
places of business elsewhere when
ever the Board of Directors of said j
corporation may determine that j
same is advisable.
4. The business to be carried on '
by said corporation is as follows:
a: The operation of a dehydrat
ing plant and the buying, : ell
ing, dehydrating and otherwise
processing of potatoes and farm I
crops of all kinds, both for hu
man consumption and for live- j
stock and poultry feed,
b: The operation of a canning
plant and the buying, proces
sing, selling and otherwise deal
ing in fruits and vegetables of :
all kinds.
c: The operation of a feed mill
and the buying, processing and
selling of feeds
d: The buying, processing and
selling of farm products of
every kind
5. The capital stock of said corp
oration shall be Ten Thousand Dol
lars ($10,000.00), represented by
One Hundred Shares of capital
stock of the par value of One Hun
dred Oollars ($100.00) each and Pe
titioners pray that they be granted
the right to increase such capital
stock from time to time by a vote
of the majority of the stockholders
of said corporation to an amount
not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dol
lars ($50,000.00), such increase in
capital stock to be either in prefer
red or in common stock, as a ma- j
jority of the stockholders may de
termine.
6. The amount of capital stock
with which said corporation shall
commence to do business shall be
Ten Thousand Dollars ($lO,OOO-00),
all of which has been fully paid in
