Carl Riggs of Perry has re-enlisted in the U. S. Army and has been ordered to report at Ft. Bragg, N. C., on Oct. 18. Mrs. Pat Ellington of Perry underwent an operation at the Mercy Hospital in Macon and is reported improving nicely. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Van Loon of Albany. N. Y., visited Mr. and Mrs. E. K. Braseiton here last week. They were en route to Daytona Beach, Fla., where they will spend the winter.
