1. Petitioners desire for them
selves, others to be associated
with them, and their successors,

town of Grovania, Houston Coun

j chase, gifi, devise and bequest;
to hold, use and enjoy the same
and to sell, exchange or donate
any such real or personal proper
ty as may become desirable or
appropriate in the conduct of the
business or affairs for which in
corporation is sought.
5. Petitioners desire that they
may have authority to adopt sucn
rules and by-laws, not inconsis
tent with the purpose of said
corporation, as may be deemed
fit and proper for the purpose of
I carrying out the purposes of said
| corporation.

herewith a certificate from the
Secretary of State of the State of |
Georgia, in manner and form as
required by law, certifying and
declaring that the name of the
proposed corporation is not the
name of any other corporation
now registered in the office of
the Secretary of State of the
State of Georgia.
Wherefore, Petitioners pray
for themselves, their associates
and successors, to be incorporat
ed under the name and style
aforesaid: and that they *be
granted all the rights, privileges
and immunities which are now
or may be hereafter granted or
permitted by the laws of the
State of Georgia.
