New Oat Disease
Hits This County
A new oat disease, Helmintho
sporium, is causing oat seedlings to
aie in Houston county.
Extension Service agronomists
point out that the disease has prob- !
ably been here a long time, but the
older oat varieties were resistant
and the disease didn’t build up. Ag
ricultural leaders think that if non
resistant oats are to be planted next
year they should be treated with
.sew Improved Ceresan. This will
- ot enUrely control the disease but
will reduce losses.

ducted by said corporation is that
of buying and selling food products,
produce, fruits, canned goods, toi-

and fixtures, chinaware, and crock
ery at both retail and wholesale,
and the doing of all things inciden

The maximum number of shares
of stock which may be issued b y
said corporation shall be three hun
dred (300) shares with a par value
of one hundred dollars (100) per
share.

The amount of capital with which
the corporation will begin business
shall be ten thousand dollars ($lO,
000).

The term for which said corpora
tion shall have existence shall be
thirty-five (35) years.

laws of Georgia to similar corpo
rations.

that they may be incorporated un
der the name and style of DUTCH’S
GROCERY, INC.
