and C. E. Andrew, each of whose
Post Office address is Perry, Geor-|
gia, respectfully showeth to the j
Court:
1. Petitioners desire for them-,'
selves, others to be associated with
them, and their successors, to be in- |
corporated for a period of thirty-1
five (35) yejrs under the corporate!
name and style of ANDREW
TRUCK AND TRACTOR COM
i PANY, INC.
2. The object of said Corporation
!is pecuniary gain to the Corpora
j tion and to the stockholders.
3. The principal office of said
Corporation will be located in the
City of Perry, Houston County,
Georgia.
4. The business to be carried on
by said Corporation is as follows:
a. The buying, selling, exchang
ing and generally dealing in trucks,
tractors, power units, farm machi- j
nery and farm implements of all
kinds.
b. The buying, selling and gene
rally dealing in hardware and
farm supplies.
c. The buying, selling and gene
rally dealing in farm products of
all kinds.
5. The capital stock of said Cor
poration shall be Twenty Thou
sand Dollars ($20,000.00), repre
sented by Two Hundred Shares of
capital stock of the par value of
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per
share: and Petitioners pray that
they be granted the right to in
crease such capital stock from time |
to time, by a vote of a majority of.
the stockholders of said Corpora-1
tion, to an amount not to exceed
Fifty Thousand Dollars
such increase in capital stock to be
either in preferred or in common
stock, as a majority of the stock
holders may determine.
6. The minimum amount of cap
ital stock with which the said Cor-1
poration shall commence to do busi
ness shall be Twenty Thousand
Dollars ‘$20,000.00), all of which
has been fully paid in.
7. Petitioners exhibit to the Court
herewith a certificate from the I
Secretary of State of the State of
Georgia in manner and form as re
quired by law, certifying and de
claring that the name of the pro
posed corporation is not the name of
any other corporation now register
ed in the office of the Secretary of
State of the State of Georgia.
Wherefore, Petitioners pray that
they may be incorporated under the
name and style as herein set out
and that they be granted all rights,
privileges and immunities, which
are now or may be hereafter per
mitted by the laws of the State of
Georgia.

I Mrs. Oscar McKenzie, state presi
i dent of the U. D. C., spoke on the
' five points of the “Work Star” of
the U. D. C. organization at a meet
ing held at the home of Mrs. C. E.
Brunson. Readings were presented
by Miss Aurelia Cooper and Miss
Norine Swanson.
A bridge club was organizfd last
week by Mesdames Aubrey Ander
son, Cater Rogers, Drew Harris,
Felton Norwood, Paschal Muse, Al
bert Skellie and Misses Marcie
Strother, Aurelia Cooper, Marsue
Woolfolk, Anne Bloodworth and
Louise Warren.
Miss Agnes Christian spent Thurs-
I day and Friday in Valdosta visiting
friends. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Skel
lie have moved from the New Perry
Hotel to o n e of the Clinchfield
houses. Miss Katherine Cater and
her guest, Miss Eleanor Vaughn of
San Francisco, Cal., visited rela
tives in Macon last week. Dr. and

with Mr. and Mrs. B. C. Holtzclaw.
