36-36-1) that a public
hearing will be held
before the City of Flowery
Branch City Council to
consider a request from

to rezone a 30.4 +/- acre
portion of the 37 +/- acre

E. Main Street tax parcel

The request is to rezone
30.4 +/- acres from HB
(Highway Business) to R-3
(Multi-family Residential).
The remaining 7.5 +/- acres
portion shall remain zoned
HB (Highway Business).

designation from the
