The Medical Center Auxiliary, with the generosity of our community, raised a record breaking
amount of $200,733 at the 27th Annual Marketplace to benefit Safe Kids Gainesville/Hall County.
Created in 1992, Safe Kids Gainesville/Hall County is one of 32 coalitions in Georgia dedicated to
the prevention of accidental injuries, a leading killer of children 19 and younger.
The Medical Center Auxiliary and The Medical Center Foundation would like to express gratitude to
our Marketplace Chairs, Willis Investment Counsel for partnering with The Medical Center Auxiliary
for the tenth consecutive year as the Premier Sponsor, all additional sponsors, Philip Wilheit, Preview
Party Auctioneer, volunteers, merchants, feature artist Parrish Brown Hoag, more than 500 preview
party guests and 2,500 shoppers for their tremendous support of this event. One hundred percent of
the funds raised will make a tremendous difference in the safety and well-being of children.
